Flex Mortgage came about after its founder, Robert J LeDuc, had been in the mortgage industry for almost 10 years.  Working for someone else always limited his ability to tailor his services to his clients' needs.  Unable to change another company's way of doing things, he decided to open his own company and operate it his way.
